Since donating $ 500 to T.A.C.O Food Pantry during the grand opening of the Jack Williams Tire and Auto Service location in Wysox in November 2011, the entire staff at http://www.jackwilliams.com Jack Williams Tire Company, Inc. , are thrilled to have helped raise additional monies through a tire fundraiser, committing to donate an additional $ 1 for every tire they install at their Wysox location for the remainder of 2011. The Jack Williams Tire family has consistently shown their support for local communities over the years and this time of need is no different. With so many affected from last fall?s flooding, Jack Williams Tire Company didn?t miss a beat considering ways to help give back.

The community focused family at Jack Williams Tire, prides itself on being family owned and operated for over 80 years and continues to give back to the communities that have allowed them to grow to what they are today – Northeastern and central PA?s top choice for tire and auto service care. Today, the business is owned and operated by the 2nd and 3rd generation William?s, along with the help of knowledgeable and loyal car-savvy staff.

During the grand opening of the Jack Williams Tire and Auto Service Center in Wysox, PA, the William?s family presented Al Blanchard, T.A.C.O.’s Assistant Treasurer and Board Member, a $ 500 check to help toward the cleanup and replacement of the pantry?s food storage units. Considering additional and continued efforts to raise additional funds for the T.A.C.O Food Pantry, the Jack Williams family announced a tire fundraiser where each and every single tire installed at their newly opened Wysox location; they would donate $ 1 per tire install. In a little over a month?s time, the dedicated Wysox staff at Jack Williams Tire installed over 1,000 tires throughout the remainder of 2011, which help to raise an additional $ 1,047 for the Wysox Township food pantry.
